How to Book Garboldisham Village Hall for your event
If you would like to hire our hall please proceed as follows:
- Check out the availability calendar then contact our booking team via email or telephone to check that your desired slot is available
- Download a booking form and hire agreement from the website; these are also available from the foyer of the Village Hall. complete, sign & return along with the appropriate payment.
- A copy of your agreement will be returned to you signed by a member of the booking team and constitutes confirmation of your booking and your invoice
- Please remember to send us any outstanding balance before your hire commences
